At Cake (formerly CakeResume), we've been dedicated to providing a transparent job-seeking platform.

As an employer, you may want to ensure applicants know that you actively read job applications, demonstrating your dedication to creating a positive candidate experience, contributing to the cultivation of a strong and reputable employer brand. That's where our latest update comes in.

With the "High Job Application Open Rate" badge, you can now showcase to job seekers that you are actively opening and reading job applications. Whereas with the "Actively Reviewing Resumes" notice, job seekers will be aware of which jobs you are actively recruiting for.

Where will the Badge be shown?

The badge will be displayed in the following locations:

  • Job Search
  • Company Search
  • Individual Job Page
  • Company Page's Job Tab
