In order to provide a better experience for users, Cake (formerly CakeResume) provides a 7-day money-back guarantee. (The refund policy is only applicable for the first purchase.)


If you would like to request a 7-day refund, please contact us via this form (Please do contact us for the refund. It will not occur automatically.).


After the upgrade, you have 7 days to evaluate if the product meets your expectations. If not, you can cancel the subscription anytime, and you can request a full refund if the cancellation is made within 7 days (after the account is set up). 


For more information about canceling Upgraded-Plan subscription, please refer to "How to Cancel My Company's Upgraded Plan?".


*Please note that the cancellation will take effect immediately after the refund.
