How to Cancel My Company's Upgraded Plan During the Subscription?

If you decide to terminate your subscription after the current subscription period ends and cancel the automatic deduction for the next period, you can cancel your subscription at any time during the subscription period.

Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription plan:

1. Click on “Plan Details & Billing from the upper-right drop-down menu. 

2. Click on “Plan details”.

3. Click on “Cancel Subscription”.
