In your past career, do you have any experiences of collaborating with friends and colleagues? What abilities did you demonstrate during these collaborative experiences to get the job done? 

Although these experiences can also be recorded in the resume by yourself, but the friends and colleagues who have witnessed your great achievements around you can show their affirmation and credits toward your achievement. By this mean, which can make potential employers who do not know you have a deeper impression of you.


How to invite your friends to help you evaluate it?


Please enter the "Dashboard" first, and find the Reputation Credits icon in the middle of the personal profile, or the "Reputation Credits" option in the menu on the left bar, like the picture below:



You can click "Request Evaluation" in any of the following three places. It should be noted that the person requesting evaluation must already be your contact before you can invite it.

Click any of the 3 following options to ask friend give credits to you:

Step 1. Choose the person you want to invite.


Step 2. Enter the content of your request. And send the invitation message. 



Once they done, you'll see the credit they leave in your "Received" tab. Don't forget to say thank you to them!
