To ensure the safety of young job seekers and prevent them from falling into employment traps due to false recruitment advertisements, the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor advises adhering to the "Three Preparations" before applying and the "Seven No's" during interviews.
Three Preparations Before Applying:
Inform friends or family of your interview time and location, or bring someone along.
Check if the recruitment advertisement of the company you're applying to is reasonable.
Proactively gather information about the company, and understand the industry and position you're applying for.
Seven No's During Interviews:
Do not pay any fees.
Do not make any purchases.
Do not apply for any credit cards.
Do not sign any contracts.
Keep your identification documents with you at all times.
Do not accept any drinks.
Do not engage in illegal work.
Additionally, the Workforce Development Agency urges young job seekers and fresh graduates to verify information from multiple sources and remain vigilant to avoid falling into job scams.
