Having conversations with talents is a feature of Talent Search Upgraded Plan. You can start conversations with the talents you would like to contact on the “Applicants” page or on "Talent Search Engine" via CakeResume’s onsite messenger or emails/phone numbers provided by job seekers.
How to contact candidates instantly via CakeResume’s onsite messenger?
1. On "Talent Search Engine" or "Applicants" page, select the talents you would like to contact and click on the 
icon.
2. Enter the dialogue page to start conversations with talents.
